Creating brand identities from scratch;
Bringing brand strategy to life as brand expression for our global clients;
Delivering brand expression development and asset creation for delivery;
Interpreting information to find well-reasoned solutions;
Brainstorming initial ideas and carrying them through to concept development - ultimately taking the expression through to final implementation;
Working on layouts and artworking pages ready for print;
Presenting finalised ideas and concepts to clients or project managers;
Creating design solutions (print and digital), pieces that have a high visual impact for a wide variety of clients;
Developing creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the client’s objectives;
Have superb eye for detail, from pixels to print, colors to typography.
Create and curate images for website graphics;
Help to conceptualise, design and produce marketing collateral, including special reports, case studies, brand books etc.
Bachelor’s degree in design;
Minimum 2 to 3 years of design work experience;
Able to execute both conceptually (unconventional but appropriate ideas) and stylistically (great design skills) at a very high level;
Multidisciplinary designer at heart, working within a wide range of media;
Strong typography skills;
Good English written and verbal communication skills.
Talent for data visualization and infographics;
Illustrative skills with rough sketches;
Interest in branding strategy;
Mockup and prototype work – digitally and physically;
Deeply commitment to making sure the work we produce is useable, intuitive and intelligent;
Design consistency and coherence across the project – exceptions should have a strong argument;
Eye for the big picture, not just what’s currently in front of them;
Understanding not only of the how, but also of the why (the motivation behind assumptions);
High standards of craftsmanship;
Good knowledge of all programs (software) necessary to deliver creative work;
